When I made the decision to attend Windhoek Fashion Week 2017, I went online to look for outfits that people had worn to last years Fashion Week, just to get a feel for the type of looks that people in attendance generally go for and I didn't find much, which is why I made it a point tonight to document some of the looks that really caught my eye tonight.
